Responsibilities
- Maintain a full set of accounts to ensure accurate and compliant financial records
- Prepare monthly management accounts and schedules to achieve timely and precise month-end closing
- Prepare audit schedules and provide comprehensive support for the annual statutory audit to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies to maintain data integrity and accuracy
- Implement and uphold internal controls and accounting policies to strengthen financial governance and mitigate risks
- Oversee inventory and asset management by maintaining accurate records and enforcing proper controls to safeguard company assets
- Collaborate with Operations and other departments to identify and resolve finance-related issues effectively, supporting operational efficiency
- Assist the Finance Manager in reviewing daily operating and finance issues to support informed decision-making
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager to contribute to overall finance team objectives
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience, preferably in the manufacturing precision engineering/semiconductor industry
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
- ACCA or CPA certification completed or in progress is an advantage
- Experience in handling a full set of accounting
- Proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA (FI/CO) for financial and controlling processes
- Ability to work independently within a lean finance team, demonstrating attention to detail and accountability
