Position: HR & Admin Assistant 

Job Summary: 

The HR & Admin Assistant provides day-to-day support in human resources and administrative functions to ensure smooth office and operational activities. The role assists in HR processes such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records maintenance, and HR documentation. In addition, the role supports general office administration, facilities coordination, and ad-hoc operational tasks to ensure an efficient and well-organised working environment.

Responsibilities 

Human Resources Support

  1. Assist in recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates 
  2. Support onboarding and offboarding processes 
  3. Maintain and update employee records and HR database 
  4. Assist in HR documentation, filing, and statutory submissions as required
  5. Support employee engagement and HR administrative activities 

Administrative Support 

  1. Provide general office administrative support and ensure smooth daily operations
  2. Assist in office supplies management and vendor coordination
  3. Support facilities-related arrangements and maintenance coordination
  4. Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
  5. Assist in ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned 

Job Requirement  

  1. Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field 
  2. 1–3 years of relevant HR or admin experience preferred 
  3. Good organisational and communication skills 
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) 
  5. Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment 
  6. Independent, responsible, and detail-oriented 
  7. Candidates must be legally authorised to work in Singapore
  8. Willing to work in East region (Changi North Crescent)
