Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Senior HR & Admin Executive to oversee the full spectrum of human resources and administrative functions. This role will lead daily HR operations, support business growth, and ensure effective talent management, employee engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate is experienced in a manufacturing environment, capable of leading a small team, and comfortable handling both strategic and operational responsibilities.
Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Talent Management
- Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and manpower planning.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and execute hiring strategies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper HR documentation and HRIS updates.
2. Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
- Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and leave management.
- Support salary benchmarking, annual increment, and bonus exercises.
- Ensure compensation practices are competitive and compliant with local labour regulations.
3. Learning & Development (L&D)
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Support career development planning and succession initiatives.
- Monitor training effectiveness and maintain proper training records.
4. Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Manage employee relations matters and foster a positive work environment.
- Administer performance appraisal processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
5. Administration & Office Management
- Oversee office administration, facilities management, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure smooth daily office operations and proper record-keeping.
- Organize company events, meetings, and internal activities
6. Leadership & Projects
- Lead and mentor junior HR/Admin team members.
- Manage ad-hoc HR and administrative projects as assigned.
- Support audits, compliance reviews, and management reporting.
Job Requirement
- Hands-on, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and ad-hoc assignments.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or a technical environment.
- Proven experience in full-spectrum HR, including Recruitment, C&B, L&D, and Employee Relations.
- Prior experience leading or supervising a small team is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labour laws and HR best practices.
